Generally, orders are shipped the same day we receive the order, unless you indicate a specific preference.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address, but orders normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

If upon receipt of your order you detect any problems, we will ask you to send us images of the package received, including any visible damage to the packaging and the products affected.
Once we receive the images, our team will contact you to determine the best way to proceed and offer you the most appropriate solution - we are here to help!
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. This right is recognised as soon as the Customer registers on our website by accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The return procedure should be initiated by contacting our Customer Service. You will receive an email response with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.
The goods must be dispatched within five working days from the start of processing.
Only products in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted. Products that have been used, altered or modified will not be accepted, nor those that are not eligible for return according to our policies.
Once the return has been accepted and the material has been received in suitable condition, the amount will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the initial order. Transport costs will not be refunded and applicable bank charges, if any, will be deducted.
